Unlock The Secrets To Fabulous Weddings

Fabulous WeddingsWhenever you see some extravagant or elegant wedding celebrations crowned on TV, or hear about a fantastic story from a friend regarding a recent wedding she attended to, you probably assume that money talks and anybody who has the capacity to indulge into such luxury can definitely experience a grand wedding.

What you probably do not know is that there is usually something else than plainly seeing great wedding. With these five great tips, it will be easier for you to understand and unlock the secrets to fabulous weddings without the cost. In fact, money isn’t everything. What matters most is on how you apply these secrets now that you have unlocked the enigma.

1. Plan, plan, plan

Definitely, wedding planner is the key factor in every successful wedding. However, it does not necessarily mean that once you have already created and even initiated your plan the wedding would be a successful one.

The next thing you have to consider while carrying out your plan is time. Experts say that it is far more important to spend longer months of preparation than to hasten every detail because you know there is not enough time left. With this, you will only end up frustrated.

2. Buy that special gift

In most weddings, it seems that bridal attire is not complete unless the bride is endowed with a beautiful set of pearl bridal jewellery. In most occasions, pearls are considered elegant ornaments crafted by nature. So to complete the grand celebration, buy these beautiful ornaments including the bridesmaid jewellery.

3. Shop and compare

If you really want to bargain for the best and most affordable price without worrying on the overall impression of the event, it is best that you do the “shop and compare” thing. This way, you get to analyze and choose the best caterer, venue, and services before arriving at a decision. And this does not have to be very costly.

4. Keep it simple

Too much decorations or stuffs render less attraction compared to simple arrangements. The point here is that other details are neglected considering the interest that these marvelous ornaments and decorations cover the area.

5. Stick to your budget

The problem with most wedding celebrations is that organizers of the event or even the couple themselves shun away from their proposed budget. In the end, unnecessary costs have been accumulated. So whether you buy the rarest pearls or some cultured pearls for your bride’s stud earrings or for the bridal pendant, as long as you stick to your budget, any item added to the wedding will remain special and treasured.

Using A Wedding Planning Book

When you are getting ready for your big day, there are a great many things that must be accomplished. Take the time to find a good wedding planning book and use it to guide you through the process. It can be a big help when you have too much to think about.

Planning a party for a couple of hundred people would be difficult under any circumstances, but when the party is your own wedding it takes on a whole new level of difficulty. You will have to prepare yourself and make sure that the ceremony goes accordingly also. Shopping for your dress and making sure that the bridesmaids have the right colors and dresses is enough work for anyone, but you also must be concerned with a host of other things.

It's a good idea to find a wedding planning book and keep track of all of your planning activities in a binder that is used strictly for the wedding. A day planner can help you to keep track of your appointments and fittings that must be done before the wedding. You should get together with your wedding party regularly so that you can divide the tasks and not take on everything on your own. Give some of the errands and simple jobs to the bridesmaids and members of your family.

A plan of action is the only way to get through a job as large as a wedding. You must have a list of the tasks that you need to finish and a place to keep your information together in one place. A good guide that comes in a wedding planning book will help you understand what should be included in your wedding planning appointment book. Wedding planning is a great deal like project management. There is a desired outcome and a list of jobs that will bring that goal closer and closer.

Try to be organized when you are planning a big wedding. It is the only way that you are going to get through the planning stages of your wedding. Don't get overwhelmed and let someone help you with the tasks that must be accomplished. It is easy to think that you must handle everything on your own, but you should let some of the smaller decisions go and only handle them from a final decision standpoint. The legwork can be done by anybody.

Planning A Casual Wedding

wedding plannerYou may not think it but a casual wedding can be wonderfully elegant affair. The wedding planning process for a casual wedding is less stressful than for a more formal wedding & your budget will likely be a lot lower too! A casual wedding is relaxed & informal, every guest enjoys themselves, the children can be children & run around making as much noise as they like & the lack of formality makes for a romantic atmosphere. So how do you start your wedding planning for a casual wedding?

ATTIRE: You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You may want to wear a bridal gown or maybe a tea length wedding dress. You may have a beautiful dress in your wardrobe that would be perfect; the point is you don’t have to wear a traditional wedding dress. The same applies to the groom too. He can wear an ordinary suit or casual trousers & shirt. Ties are optional.

SETTING: Your location will be an integral part of your wedding planning. You could choose your parent’s garden or maybe the local park. Perhaps the community hall or even the local bar would provide the perfect relaxing location for a casual wedding. Whatever your choice, the location should be a reflection of your personalities & style.

INVITATIONS: Make your own invitations with folded cards & pretty papers. Handwrite them too for a more personal touch & one which will say ‘this is not a formal wedding’. Show your whimsical side with the presentation – announce your wedding by writing ‘we’re taking the plunge’ or ‘we’re getting’ hitched!’

FLOWERS: Make simple centerpieces, try pot plants such as gerberas or hyacinths. Have a simple hand tied bouquet, perhaps made up of garden flowers from yours or your parent’s garden. Another idea is tall vases with a single flower, such as a Calla Lilly standing in it. Instead of floral flower arrangements, have pots of simple bulbs such as tulips, or hyacinths.

MENU: Barbecue’s or hog roasts are great for a casual wedding. Set out a buffet or serve up afternoon tea. Picnic’s are great for a park reception venue, whilst an inn location in winter would call for sausages & mash or fish & chips ala Kate Winslet!

REGISTRY: As your real wedding is low key, choose a low key registry provider, who can provide inexpensive gifts. Forget the expensive items such as chinaware or Egyptian bed linens (that just isn’t your style!) & instead ask for things that are fun & which will bring you much enjoyment for years to come.
